How long are the sessions?
Our typical Breathwork sessions are 2 hours. Sound Journey sessions are 1.5 hours. The combination Breathwork + Sound Journey is 3 hours. Remote locations require setup/break-down time.
Who are your teachers?
Over the 10+ years, Valerie and Daniel have had several teachers for sound healing and breathwork. Some of their influences have been local performers and breathworkers in Sedona and California. Eddie Elner (Yoga Soup, Santa Barbara CA), Anahata Ananda, ThreeTrees, Yoga Soup, Porangui, Stanislof Grof. Valerie Sanjali Irons owns and operates Aumbase Sedona (Sound-Breath-Yoga), where she regularly facilitates breathwork and sound therapy for individuals and groups.

Old pains are disappearing. People are reporting ineffable spiritual experience and huge shifts in their consciousness.
Daniel and Valerie live in Cornville and work in Sedona. With its red rocks, awe-inspiring natural beauty and palpable vortex energy, it is a powerful location for spiritual seekers, healers, shaman, mystics and life-transformational retreat. Valerie and Daniel met in Sedona, while both were immersed in facilitating breathwork and sound healing journeys for their clients and engaging in it themselves regularly. They bring a divine blend and balance of the divine masculine and feminine energies to their events.

- Breathwork (2 hrs): $75/pp ($400 min.)
- Sound Journey (1.5 hrs): $40-50/pp ($320-$400 min.) depending on acoustic/non-acoustic
- Breathwork + Sound Journey (2 hrs): $120/pp ($480 min.)
- OUT-OF-STUDIO EVENTS INCUR ADDITIONAL $150 TRAVEL FEE
